Hermoso lugar, aunque las habitaciones pueden mejorar más todavía.
La belleza del lugar es fantástica, entre los jardines con árboles y flores, la decoración tiene un ambiente externo con muy buen gusto y mantenimiento. El personal que trabaja ahí se ve que le hecha muchas ganas por mantenerlo en óptimas condiciones. Felicidades por eso.
Que la tarifa que contraté con Booking la hayan convertido a dólares y que en la recepción del hotel no hayan contestado con prontitud para haber hecho la reservación directamente con ellos (Hotel) ya que al llegar pregunté por la tarifa directa y era mucho más baja en comparación con la manejada en Booking; por la falta de experiencia en Booking no reservé cabaña que era la idea principal del viaje. En las habitaciones siento que falta equiparlas para que sean más cómodas cambiar el escritorio por otro diseño que funcione como estación de café y agua, agregar una mesa pequeña con dos sillas para tomar ahí el café o cualquier otro alimento y el sillón ya no sería necesario. Creo que las habitaciones están muy cerca unas de otras y se escucha a los otros huéspedes cuando llegan a su habitación o se ponen a platicar en los pasillos y no respetan el espacio de los demás. Es mi segunda vez en ese Hotel y la primera fue fantástica porque fue en cabaña, los desayunos eran ahí mismo y eso lo hacía más cómodo en ese aspecto. Entiendo que por no ser temporada alta se tenga que recurrir al restaurante en la plaza que está muy bien equipado y hay muy buena atención de parte del personal, los desayunos muy ricos aunque limitados deberían de ser más variados
